In February 2021, thanks to the strategic agreement between Enoplastic and Sparflex, a group to which Rivercap belongs, what will become the global leader in wine and spirits closure solutions is born: Enoflex Group.

This agreement has consisted of the acquisition of Sparflex by Enoflex, a company that carries out its activities in Spain through Rivercap and Vintacap. Enoflex is also the owner of Enoplastic, a company dedicated to the manufacture and sale of closures, including capsules, synthetic corks or screw caps.
